Effectiveness

We are focused on real change. Each of our projects has clearly defined goals, specific results, and a positive impact on society.

Youth focus

We believe that the future belongs to young people, and we create conditions for their development and influence through practical skills, learning from experts, and building an effective community.

Bringing together different perspectives

We operate on the basis of the “Big tent” principle, bringing together people with different ideologies but shared values.

Transparency and accountability

All our actions are transparent to the public, and we always deliver on our promises.

Key Generation projects (especially YLU, in which I participated in the second season) are a truly cool opportunity to listen to renowned speakers, try your hand at challenging but interesting practical cases, and build a diverse network. This project gave me valuable context on the state of reforms and political development in Ukraine, as well as an incredible opportunity to intern at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. After the project, I recommend joining the NGO itself, where you can try your hand at different departments and roles. You will work on projects that interest you and that have a real impact on the development of youth democracy in Ukraine. I am happy to be part of an organisation that provides space for researching political processes, expressing your opinions and transforming ideas into real projects.   Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Key Generation was one of my first steps in the public sector. It has a wonderful team that has always impressed me with its motivation and initiative. The University of Young Leaders, in which I participated, allowed me to gain new knowledge, develop myself, and most importantly, it introduced me to other young people who are focused on making changes right now. Being a part of this is something that stays with you forever and gives you the strength to move forward.

I am very grateful to the Kay Generation team! I took part in the “Agorean Arena” project. This project was a springboard for me into the world of debates, different opinions, discussions, etc. The NGO team involved competent experts in their field in the project, from philosophers to members of the Ukrainian parliament. Overall, I am very glad that I took part in this project, which became not just an opportunity for me to have an interesting time, but a kind of start on my journey in this field. Thank you to the Key Generation NGO team!

Key Generation is a team of professionals who are unique in that each member has experience in different fields and can combine it for joint projects. They have created an atmosphere of support and inspiration where each participant feels part of a large community where every opinion matters. The team is distinguished by its openness to new ideas, willingness to help, and desire to unlock potential. It is thanks to their coordinated work that projects become what graduates envision them to be.

KG is a renaissance of Ukrainian youth across decades. It is a place where humanity's fundamental political complexes become objects of analysis rather than subjects of action. As a participant in the project, I realized that our generation, against the backdrop of historical excesses, has an important advantage in the pursuit of the future, namely the Will to Freedom. At the same time, the most successful format of response for me will not be enchanting words or eloquent theses, but an echo that will reach everyone who reads this at the moment when our country finds the key it has been searching for so long. And we, as the key generation, will help it in this.
