Key Generation projects (especially YLU, in which I participated in the second season) are a truly cool opportunity to listen to renowned speakers, try your hand at challenging but interesting practical cases, and build a diverse network. This project gave me valuable context on the state of reforms and political development in Ukraine, as well as an incredible opportunity to intern at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. After the project, I recommend joining the NGO itself, where you can try your hand at different departments and roles. You will work on projects that interest you and that have a real impact on the development of youth democracy in Ukraine. This project was a springboard for me into the world of debates, different opinions, discussions, etc. The NGO team involved competent experts in their field in the project, from philosophers to members of the Ukrainian parliament. KG is a renaissance of Ukrainian youth across decades. It is a place where humanity's fundamental political complexes become objects of analysis rather than subjects of action. As a participant in the project, I realized that our generation, against the backdrop of historical excesses, has an important advantage in the pursuit of the future, namely the Will to Freedom.
